Welcome Celebration
The wedding festivities began the evening before as Lisa and Matt welcomed family and friends for a relaxed celebration to kick off the weekend. Guests gathered to enjoy Montana’s beautiful scenery while reconnecting with loved ones and soaking in the excitement ahead of the big day.
Make It A Double MT served handcrafted cocktails throughout the evening, while Trucko Montes provided a delicious dining experience that kept guests mingling long into the night. Big Sky Luxury Vacations helped create a seamless and memorable weekend experience, ensuring guests could fully enjoy every moment of the celebration.
The welcome party set the tone for a wedding weekend centered on connection, community, and creating lasting memories with the people who mattered most.
The Wedding Day
Guests gathered at 320 Guest Ranch, surrounded by sweeping Montana views and endless summer beauty. As family and friends arrived, the day’s excitement could be felt throughout the property. The ceremony was beautifully framed by lush floral designs from Amanda Jewel Floral + Design, creating a stunning setting for Lisa and Matt to exchange vows.
The celebration flowed seamlessly from ceremony to cocktail hour and into an unforgettable reception. Guests spent the evening taking in the scenery, connecting with loved ones, and celebrating the newlyweds. Transportation throughout the weekend was effortlessly handled by Big Sky Shuttle.
As the evening continued, The MAC Band brought incredible energy to the celebration, keeping the dance floor packed and ensuring the party lasted well into the night.
Design & Details
One of our favorite aspects of this wedding was the way it embraced Montana while still feeling fresh and elevated. Rich textures, warm color palettes, and thoughtfully curated details created a design that felt rooted in the ranch setting while maintaining a refined, editorial feel. From the ceremony setting to the reception design, every element felt intentional, creating a celebration that was both stylish and welcoming.
Kianna and the talented team at Golden Hour Events flawlessly balanced elevated details with the easygoing spirit of a Montana ranch wedding. Stunning rentals from Montana Party Rentals, Gallatin Event Rental, Tailored & Tied, and BBJ La Tavola helped create an atmosphere that felt polished while still perfectly suited to the ranch setting.
The details continued throughout the day with beautiful stationery from Lettered Press, while Amanda Jewel Floral + Design filled every space with lush blooms and thoughtful floral moments. The bride’s beauty look, created by Emily Young Artistry, complemented the overall aesthetic perfectly.
One of the standout design moments of the evening was the stunning dessert table from Bowl and Arrow. Beautifully crafted and thoughtfully detailed, it served as both a focal point and a sweet ending to an unforgettable celebration.
