The votes are officially in, and we have our 2026 Wed Society Montana Wedding of the Year! After going head-to-head with some truly incredible celebrations on our Instagram Stories, Kaitlyn and Cegan’s wedding at Foster Creek Farm captured your hearts and took home the title. There was just something about this day, from the effortless romance of the setting to the emotion woven into every moment, that made it impossible not to fall in love with. Beautifully documented by Wander & Winsome, their celebration felt timeless without feeling overly styled, letting the joy, connection, and personality of the couple take center stage. Now, Kaitlyn and Cegan’s wedding is moving on to be considered for Wed Society’s 2026 National Wedding of the Year, and we could not be more excited to see this Montana celebration represented on the national stage.
Beyond all the beautiful details, it was the quieter moments that made this day so special. Before the ceremony, Kaitlyn and Cegan chose to share private vows without seeing one another, reaching around the corner to simply hold hands. Kaitlyn shared, “The morning of, I was definitely feeling some nerves. Cegan and I had private vows before the ceremony; though we didn’t see each other, we were able to hold each others hands and in that moment, all of my nerves for the day went away. It was private and so sweet, and a memory I’ll cherish forever!” That feeling carried throughout the celebration, from the incredible dance floor energy brought by Joe’s DJ Service to the thoughtful details created by Indigo Violet Floral, Golden Touch Weddings, Toast West Coast, Styled by Claire.
